This dark red scotch ale has a well balanced malt forward flavor profile. Wort was removed during the brewing process and boiled to caramelize the sugars. We also conditioned this beer on oak staves soaked in Jameson Irish Whiskey. The conditioning process leaves this beer with complex and potent flavors.

This pale ale, made with Azacca and Cashmere hops, screams of big tropical flavors. We used a special strain of Kveik yeast from Norway to compliment the mango and peach purées added during fermentation. This is the first in a series of unique beers using Kveik yeast.
